These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website blue-longevity.com, the website blue-longevity.bg, and any services offered by Blue Longevity Clinic Medical Center EOOD (“Blue Longevity Clinic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website or booking any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Blue Longevity Clinic operates as a licensed medical facility pursuant to the Bulgarian Health Act (Закон за здравето) and the Medical Establishments Act (Закон за лечебните заведения).

3. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations

Blue Longevity Clinic provides preventive medicine and health optimization services. The following limitations apply:

3.1 Not Emergency Care

Our services do not constitute emergency medical care, acute treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 immediately.

3.2 Complementary to Primary Care

Our programs are designed to complement your existing relationship with your primary healthcare provider. Results and recommendations from Blue Longevity Clinic should be shared with and reviewed by your treating physician.

3.3 Individual Results

Health outcomes vary by individual. No specific health outcome, result, or improvement is guaranteed. Our programs are based on current scientific evidence but are not a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis or treatment.

3.4 Medical Information on Website

Content published on blue-longevity.com and blue-longevity.bg, including articles, blog posts, and educational materials, is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

4. Eligibility and Participation Requirements

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of, or visiting, the Republic of Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, or another country where our services are legally offered
Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and health information during the intake process
Not be in a condition requiring emergency or acute medical care
Disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and pre-existing conditions to our medical team prior to program enrollment

Blue Longevity Clinic reserves the right to decline service to any individual whose health status is deemed incompatible with our programs by our Medical Director or designated physician.

5. Booking, Payment, and Pricing

5.1 Booking

Appointments and program enrollments may be made through our online booking system (powered by Amelia), by telephone at +359 892 022 025, or by email at contact@blue-longevity.com. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include Bulgarian value-added tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment is accepted by:

Bank transfer to our designated account (details provided upon booking confirmation)
Card payment at our clinic premises
Such other methods as we may notify you of from time to time

Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your appointment or program enrollment. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged.

5.4 Currency and Taxes

Blue Longevity Clinic is registered for VAT purposes in the Republic of Bulgaria. A VAT invoice will be issued upon request. For corporate clients requiring an invoice under Bulgarian tax law, please provide your company’s VAT number and legal name at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our medical team. The following terms apply in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите):

6.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation with more than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund, or option to reschedule at no charge.
Cancellation with 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund of the consultation or session fee. Deposits may be retained as credit.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund. The full fee or deposit is forfeited.
No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): Full fee is charged.

6.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment at no charge, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the session fee.

6.3 Multi-Session Programs

For multi-session programs (e.g., L1, L2, L3, coaching packages), cancellation after program commencement will result in a refund calculated pro-rata for unused sessions, minus an administrative fee of 10% of the total program price. Programs must be utilized within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

6.4 Cancellation by Blue Longevity Clinic

In exceptional circumstances (including force majeure events, unavailability of medical personnel, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control), Blue Longevity Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at your preference.

6.5 Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts)

For services booked entirely online (distance contract), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of booking, without giving any reason, provided the service has not yet commenced. If you request that services begin during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon service commencement. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing at contact@blue-longevity.com.

7. Health Data and Medical Confidentiality

Blue Longevity Clinic processes your personal data and health data (special category data) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act, and applicable medical confidentiality obligations. Your health information will only be accessed by qualified medical personnel involved in your care and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on blue-longevity.com and blue-longevity.bg, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, brand assets (including the Blue Longevity Clinic name, navy-and-gold brand identity, and associated trademarks), program methodologies, and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Blue Longevity Clinic Medical Center EOOD, or is used with the permission of the respective rights holder.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from our website without prior written consent
Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could create confusion or imply affiliation
Modify or create derivative works based on our materials
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website using automated tools

Limited personal, non-commercial use of website content (e.g., printing a single copy of an article for personal reference) is permitted provided attribution is maintained.

9. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, Blue Longevity Clinic’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10.2 Exclusions from Limitation

The limitation above does not apply to liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Bulgarian or EU law

10.3 Medical Outcomes

Blue Longevity Clinic employs qualified medical professionals and follows evidence-based protocols. However, no medical provider can guarantee specific health outcomes. We are not liable for outcomes that result from a client’s failure to disclose relevant medical history, failure to follow medical recommendations, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to program commencement.

10.4 Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of such third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

11. Communications and Marketing

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive service-related communications from Blue Longevity Clinic, including appointment confirmations, health program updates, and administrative notices.

Marketing communications (newsletters, health tips, promotional offers) require your separate, explicit consent, which may be provided at the time of booking or subscription. You may withdraw consent at any time by:

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your right to receive service-related communications.

13. Changes to These Terms

Blue Longevity Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of our services and contact us to arrange a refund for any pre-paid services.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

14.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, you have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes arising from online contracts. The ODR platform can be accessed at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific program agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Longevity Clinic with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.3 Language

These Terms are provided in English. Bulgarian-language versions are available at blue-longevity.bg. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Bulgarian-language version shall prevail for clients resident in the Republic of Bulgaria.

15.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
